Installing TWRP Axon 7

  1. ZTE Axon 7 TWRP - Download

  • Download the recovery file above and rename to recovery.img
  • Launch command prompt
  • Connect your device to computer while it's turned on, then type the following commands followed by Enter button at the end of each command line
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot
Done!

You have successfully flashed TWRP on your phone.

To access recovery, use adb reboot recovery, or shut down device and hold Power + Volume Up.

Rooting ZTE Axon 7

  • After flashing TWRP, download SuperSU from here, boot into recovery and flash the package. That's all.
