Download and Install Simple Android Server Version V4.2 From Google PlayStore
From the picture above choose option 1 to set connection mode as VPN
Click option 2 to make connection settings.
Tick to Enable Proxy and in Proxy Host enter : 10.199.212.2 and Proxy Port enter : 8080
Enable Header Tweaking should move to select Tweak Type and Enable ‘Host Replacement’
Injection Host : web.blackberry.com
Click on the connect BUTTON and you should be ready to enjoy free browsing in VPN Mode.
